We build with a range of third-party AI models and tools and select whatever is best for a given task; we are not a reseller of, and do not speak for, any model provider. Any reference to Grok or another model describes an engineering capability, not a commercial relationship with its maker.

Ownership and the free resources

The site's text, design, diagrams, and downloadable resources (including the GTM Engineering Field Kit and the Quantified Discovery Call guide) belong to Clark Tech Ventures LLC. You may read, print, fill in, and share the free resources for your own business and with your team or clients, as long as you keep our name on them. You may not sell them, repackage them as your own product, or remove the attribution. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners, as described above.

Acceptable use

Use the site and its forms lawfully and only to contact us about your own business. Do not submit false information or someone else's details, send automated or bulk submissions, probe or overload the site or its APIs, scrape it at a rate that harms its performance, or try to get around its security or rate limits. We may block traffic or delete submissions that break these rules.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A signed client agreement overrides these terms for the work it covers. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy. We may update it; the "Last updated" date will change when we do.
